Oilistics 5s

When using massage oils, for self massage, James Oils has developed a 5 core principles routine, for a healthy body and mind. This is called Oilistics 5s.

1. Relaxation

Self massage with Pure Relax massage oil, the blend which is used for James oils events, is a great way to feel relaxed and calm. After all, modern life is full of stresses, and many essential oils are well know to have a calming effect on the body and mind. The Relaxation blend of massage oils, contains Frankincense and other relaxing essential oils.

2. Meditation

Self massage using james oils massage oils, in collaboration with short meditation, is a great way to absorb the oils into the body and reach a meditative state. This shorter form of meditation, more like an absorption, is perfect for people who have troubles with longer meditation and want to connect more deeply with the essential oils.

3. Core energy

The importance of core energy is often understated. The muscles we use , the way blood flows, the structural support for our spine, it's all tied into core energy. a solid core brings many health benefits. As muscles are used they can tire, so this session uses a blend of oil, that will reach deep into the muscles and help them relax and recover.

4.  Breathing

Breathing is an essential process for life. Breathing, not only helps circulate lymph fluid, to promote a healthier immune system and body health in general, but also is one of our most intimate contacts with the external world. Essential oils are known to clear your breathing apparatus and they have been used this way for centuries.

5. Immune system

Exercise and bloodflow can boost the immune system, but did you know, essential oils also contain compounds that could boost your immune system in a variety of ways. The oils used for the self massage and absorbed into the body, through the skin and breathing, are oils that have been used for hundreds of years in natural remedies that boost our  well being.
