OILISTICS + Springtime yoga with special guest instructor - MAIMAI

The Female Japanese instructor will use mainly Japanese at this event, but the guidelines will be easy to follow and there will also be english speaking staff there. MaiMai is a popular social media influencer well known for her incredible flexibility and agile poses! Although MaiMai is super flexible, at the event you won't need to be as flexible as her and all abilities are welcome to this special event.

We will start with the Oilistics introduction which is a self massage and mindset preparation exercise.

The specially selected massage oils contain active essential oils that are said to benefit the body and mind in a particular way.

AT THIS EVENT:

(Female instructor) We will warm up with self massage techniques using quality essential oil massage oils you can find on the website.

This will encourage blood flow, and help promote the correct mindset for the event.

We will then participate in specially selected yoga of the season (Spring session). Using the oils, to assist our exercise routine and self massage, helps us reconnect with nature and sets the mind in motion for a more natural lifestyle of understanding your body and reconnecting with your inner life guide.

The high quality massage oil used at this event is free.

• Please bring a towel if you can.
• Yoga mats will be provided free.
• There is a space for changing clothes.

Wear: Shorts are good or loose pants.
