OILISTICS 5s (exercise 1) - Relaxation

SELF MASSAGE AND RELAXATION - ( YUKIKO - female instructor. Bilingual, Japanese and English) At this event, you will be carfully instructed in self massage techniques from a qualified holistic therapist. 

Please use our massage oils for free at the event. This event helps you feel relax and gives enough time for the natural oils to absorb into your body.

INFORMATION - At this event, you can hear a short presentation from a representative of JamesOils. The representative will review the key benefits of some essential oils and base oils commonly used in massage and well being. You can gain real knowledge on how to make the most of the essential oils in your collection. We believe essential oil, should be a key part of everybody's health and well being routine.

The event price is 2500 yen

Please bring a towel with you if you would like to use your own towel. There is a changing room so you can change clothes at the studio if you like. Comfortable casual clothes are best. The Yoga mat is provided. The specially selected massage oil is free to use.

The location for this event is very close to Kawasaki station.
