OILISTICS 5s (exercise 2) - MEDITATION

SELF MASSAGE AND MEDITATION - Yukiko, the bilingual female instructor at this event, will start with some self massage techniques. We feel tha the involvement of essential oils in massage oil is key to the meditation process. The essential oils used in this event are specifically chosen to help people relax and aid meditation. We will then start a short meditation so you can relax and have enough time for the oils to be absorbed well by your body.

This short meditation is great even for people who find it difficult to sit for a longer meditation

INFORMATION - At this event, we will explain some key information about the benefits of essential oils in a short presentation from a representative of James Oils. We will review the benefits of some essential oils and the base oils used in the event as they are commonly used for well being practices around the world.

The event price is 2500 yen

Please bring a towel with you if you would like to use your own towel. There is a changing room so you can change clothes at the studio if you like. The Yoga mat is provided. The specially selected massage oil is free to use.

The location for this event is very close to Kanda station.
